Each Somatic Movement session is a journey - not a workout or a routine.
Ground - We start low and slow. Floor-based breathwork and gentle somatic release to settle the nervous system, soften tension and arrive fully in the present moment.
Awaken - From the ground, we begin to move. Guided somatic sequences that open the joints, free the spine and invite sensation back into parts of the body you might have forgotten.
Ignite - When the body is ready, it wants to move. Full-body expression, free movement, dance - uninhibited, unscripted, joyful and entirely yours.
Integrate - We close in stillness. A moment to absorb, to feel, to land back in yourself.
Every body moves differently. Some days you arrive depleted, some days electric. This somatic movement class holds space for all of it.
