Bianka Duka of Youniversessions opens The Sanctuary Earth Foundation’s Resonance: Listening to the Future programme with an immersive breathwork and sound experience built around 108 AUMs — a collective vocal practice designed to shift perception, regulate the nervous system and create a sense of connection beyond the everyday.

Held within the sonic architecture of The Stargate, the session combines breath, voice and a specially curated Sonic Spheres composition, creating an other-worldly field for listening and presence.
