The Sanctuary Earth: Empowerment is an immersive sonic experience created by Lasse Mosegard, founder of Sonic Spheres, in collaboration with Monique Mulder of Mattmo, and hosted by Monica van der Meulen.

Over 55 minutes, sound becomes a space for recalibration — inviting you to step away from the constant acceleration of urban life and reconnect with your physical intelligence.

Through immersive frequencies and carefully composed sonic environments, the session explores the relationship between sound, wellbeing and the spaces we inhabit.
